Credit Policies

We extend ourselves to make sure you get more than you pay for. Everyone leaves happy. This is our reputation. However, because we limit the seats available in each class to ensure it's quality, we strictly follow he policies set forth below. We ask for your cooperation and understanding, as we make no exceptions.*

No Refund, No Exception

Once a seat is purchased, it's yours. You may assign your seat to another if you cannot be there, but we do not refund monies for any reason. Should you register with a credit card payment plan, full payment will still be charged, as you have still purchased the class in full. Again, that seat has been sold to you and has prohibited us from extending it to another actor.

Actors Technique Credit

Once paid, should you not be able to attend a class(s) for any reason, we are happy to extend a dollar-for-dollar credit to any Agent Forum in the future. Class purchases cannot be applied to future class enrollment. You must re-purchase a subsequent class to attend. Again, our seating is limited.

Missed Classes

Things come up last minute. It happens. Should you miss a class or two, upon permission of the instructor, we make our best efforts to allow you to sit in a subsequent class. Should you miss our Private Agent Audition Night, we will do our best to get you seen by same agents or allow you to jump in a following session to be seen. Unless otherwise arranged, we cannot guarantee agent introductions if Agent Night is missed.

*Anyone who registers for our classes or forums inherently agrees to follow these policies at the moment of initial purchase. Any and all deposits are construed as an agreement to pay full sums due for registered class.
